Michael E. Groher, PhD, is Chief of Audiology and Speech Pathology service at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital in Tampa, Florida. Dr. Groher is the editor of Dysphagia: Diagnosis and Management, and is an associate editor for the journal Dysphagia.He has authored numerous articles on adult dysphagia with particular emphasis on the geriatric population.
